What you are buying
These are digital template files, supplied in a ZIP archive. Template kits contain a printable PDF, an editable HTML file, instructions and a licence. Away Without Chaos contains an offline HTML planner and an eight-page printable workbook, plus instructions and a licence. Its planner checks the information you supply, saves JSON plan files and creates reports; it does not verify staff availability, permissions or completion in external systems. The PDF is a blank printable version, not a fillable PDF. Open the HTML file in a current desktop browser to edit and save your own copy. No physical item is shipped.
Price & delivery
Prices are in Canadian dollars, with applicable tax shown at checkout. Each product is a one-time purchase. When checkout is available, payment is processed by Stripe. Sign in with ChatGPT before purchasing so your completed order can be saved to My downloads. Access is granted after payment has been verified.
How you may use the files
You may edit and use the templates for your own business or personal activities. Share completed copies with clients and working copies with your team. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the blank templates as your own products.
Make them accurate for your work
Replace all placeholders and verify contact details, instructions and local information before sharing. The templates are general organisational tools. They do not replace inspections, local requirements, manufacturer instructions or professional advice specific to your work. No booking, income or operational outcome is guaranteed.
Problems with a purchase
If a paid file is inaccessible, damaged or materially different from its description, contact the seller with your purchase details so the issue can be resolved or the affected purchase refunded. Duplicate purchases can also be reviewed. Other refund requests are assessed individually. This does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

Privacy
The free sampler can be downloaded without supplying an email address. The shoot cost planner, process builder and absence coverage demo run in your browser. The tools do not transmit your entries to Echo Atlas or save them when you leave. Export a copy if you want to keep your work. When you sign in, this site receives an account identifier and account contact details through ChatGPT. Orders store your account identifier, product, price, purchase time, payment status and Stripe checkout reference so that you can access purchased files. Your email address is sent to Stripe for checkout. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout and are not stored by this website.
Your details entered into downloaded HTML templates remain in the files you save. They are not sent to Echo Atlas. Keep edited files private where appropriate. This site does not add advertising trackers or an email marketing subscription. Hosting, authentication and payment providers may use their own essential cookies and logs.
Purchase records are kept to provide download access and manage payment issues. Contact the seller for questions about your records or to request deletion, subject to any records that must be retained. If you share a device, sign out of your account when you finish.
